Patrick and his team were outstanding. When one of my breaker boxes started to fail, Patrick came out the very same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had a new breaker box installed and everything up and running the following day. Since then, everything has worked perfectly.
What impressed me most was the professionalism and courtesy of Patrick, his nephew who assisted him, and another electrician on the crew. All three were knowledgeable, respectful, and a pleasure to work with.
The highlight of the experience, though, was hearing Patrick's two employees talk about him. They both spoke with genuine gratitude about the opportunities he's given them and the mentorship he's provided throughout their careers. It's clear that Patrick isn't just an exceptional electrician, but also an exceptional leader who invests in the people around him.
